What sold in Sun City Aliante for July?
Sun City Aliante is a quiet 55+ community on the north end of the master planned community of Aliante. Located just north of 215, this neighborhood offers great value and a convenient location. You can read more about Sun City Aliante and search for homes here.
Homes sold briskly last July. We had a total of 14 homes close escrow. The average days on market (time before going under contract) was 25 days. The average sold price was roughly $250,000 and the average sold price per square foot was 172.
High and Low
Breaking down those numbers a little more shows us the most expensive sale was 3428 Lapwing Drive, which sold for $345,000 or 164 per square foot. This was the Coronado floor plan, 2105 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and both city as well as mountain views.
On the other side was 2725 Cheer Pheasant which sold for $216,000 or 187 per square foot. This was the Heather model, a 2/2 layout with front courtyard and a cozy 1157 square feet of living space. This home was on only on the market 2 days before going under contract.
Current inventory
Currently Sun City Aliante has 20 homes for sale. The asking prices are very similar starting at $217,000 with a top asking price of $349,000. We currently have 14 homes under contract at this time as well.
