A full one-third of the Summerlin master plan is designated as common space. Living in Summerlin

At complete build-out in 2020, Summerlin will house over 64,000 homes spanning dozens of neighborhoods with access to over 150 community parks and recreation events.  Homes range from starter condos to elite multi-million dollar estates; real estate of every size and description is available new or recent resale. 

Summerlin is a Special Improvement District, and residents are subject to monthly SID fees as well as the usual monthly Association fee. Gated and guard-gated communities within Summerlin may levy additional fees for the upkeep of their exclusive facilities.
