The word “intimate” is not something you usually associated with Summerlin, a master plan that houses some 100,000 residents. But at Ridgebrook, intimate comes with the territory. Some would argue that it is not a village at all, but a “mini-Mesa,” snuggled alongside the newer, larger The Mesa that dominates this art of town.

And of course, the 150 neighborhood and village parks, 150 miles of walking trails, nine golf courses and extensive shopping, dining, cultural and sporting activities of Summerlin offer fun, social interaction and community enrichment on the grandest scale.

The neighborhoods predate the water-saving ordinance and boast tree-lined streets and lush green landscaping, as well as contemporary real estate. Prices range from around $200,000 for a 1,000 square foot starter home to around $500,000 for a 3,500 square foot single-family home.
