Sun City Summerlin is Del Webb's flagship Sun City development - the first in the Las Vegas area. As such, the community has a slightly older demographic than its newer Sun City sister communities in Anthem, Aliante and MacDonald Ranch. Completed in 1998, new construction has long been sold out.
