Canyon Oaks is a slightly older master planned community, constructed between 1996 and 1998. Toll Brothers built every house here, using four different floor plans for a unique living experience. The two-story homes in this master planned community range in size from 2,444 to 3,407 square feet and all feature four bedrooms or five bedrooms and 2.5 or three baths. Many homes come with a decent amount of land; lots range from 6,533 to over 12,000 square feet. Many properties have private pools.
