Where It All Began in Summerlin

One of the oldest villages in Summerlin, The Pueblo predates the water conservation mandate issued by the City of Las Vegas. As a result, the neighborhoods here are chock-full of trees, verdant lawns and the type of lush landscaping more commonly associated with older Las Vegas, when the term conservation was reserved for the diminishing panda population in China.  

As a master planned village, The Pueblo is very well thought out.  Residents have everything they need right on their doorstep, with the promise of more to come as the Summerlin master plan approaches completion. Situated in the far east of Summerlin, travel times to the Strip are the lowest of all the Summerlin villages. Commuters can reach Downtown, the Strip and the airport in just 20 minutes.

Within Summerlin, The Pueblo is best known for its 62 acre, mile-long park that slices through the belly of The Pueblo from Buffalo to Rampart Boulevard.  Here you can enjoy children's play areas, basketball courts and a long community trail that runs rampant with walkers, joggers and dog owners at dawn and dusk, before the Mojave sun burns too brightly. At all times of day the spectacular desert scenery is begging to be admired.

For a spot of neighborhood shopping, The Pueblo boasts its own shopping center, which features a diverse selection of stores and casual restaurants. The upscale shopping centers at Tivoli Village and Boca Park lie in close proximity. 

High rollers can get their kicks and their fine dining without having to head for the Strip. Both the Rampart Casino and the Suncoast Casino feature in this attractive community.
