Willows Paseo Park is packed with places for children to play, and boasts tennis courts and ball courts. The park is punctuated with four lovely sculptures featuring characters from Aesop's fables, so getting the kids out for a walk will be as easy as pie. Spotted Leaf Park also features two lighted tennis courts as well as a basketball court and soccer field.  The Willows Park – the largest park of the bunch - hosts a resort-style swimming pool complete with awesome water slide, spray fountain and plenty of children's play areas. Expect to find the place packed with Summerlin's younger residents at the weekends. 

The Red Rock Hotel and Casino, Boca Park and the extensive amenities of central Summerlin are a just a stone's throw away. Commuters can reach Downtown or the Las Vegas Strip in just 20 minutes. 

Living in The Willows

One of the more mature communities in master planned Summerlin, The Willows was primarily developed in the late 1990s and built out in 2006. Homes now come to the market resale. These range from small single-story units to semi-custom family homes over 4,000 square feet in size.  Prices, like the homes, range from affordable to luxury, which ensures a great mix of residents.
